Non-Judgemental Nature Pedagogy Immersion Weekend

from £99.00

Two Day Immersion | August 2026

This two-day immersion is designed for experienced outdoor and nature-based practitioners who want time and space to slow down, think deeply, and refine their pedagogy.

The weekend will be spent together in the woods, exploring non-judgemental approaches to practice through discussion, observation, shared reflection, and time outdoors. This is not a qualification or assessment-led course. There is no coursework, no pass or fail, and no requirement to produce written work.

The focus is on:

  • Non-judgemental practice

  • Adult language and its impact

  • Power, consent, and autonomy

  • Inclusion and neurodiversity

  • Holding boundaries without control

  • Reflecting on practice alongside other experienced practitioners

This is intended as a shared experience, not a training to replicate or a model to export elsewhere. Much of the value lies in the conversations, relationships, and nuance that emerge across the week.

Dates

Saturday 15th-Sunday 16th August 2026 - 9:30-4:30 each day

Supporting another practitioner

There is also an optional ticket option for those who feel able to support wider access.

By purchasing a £100 support pledge, you are contributing towards another practitioner being able to attend the immersion at a reduced cost.

  • If enough support pledges are sold, these funds will be used to offer lower cost places to practitioners who need them.

  • If support pledges are not used in this way, the £100 will be fully refunded to you after the course.

This is offered in the spirit of mutual support and care, rather than as a formal sponsorship scheme.

To be notified when supported tickets become available, please email childrenoftheforest@outlook.com
