Love the outdoors? Want to help others connect with nature? This course is designed to qualify you to become a Forest School Leader, able to set up and run a Forest School programme. It covers how to facilitate groups in a learner-centred way, how to manage a Forest School site sustainably, and the practical skills required of a Forest School Leader. The 10 days of training for this year’s course are spread over several months. You’ll need to attend all 10 days.

  • Feb and March 2027: 28th Feb, 14th Mar, 21st Mar

  • May and June 2027: 23rd May, 30th May, 6th June, 13th June

9.30 am-4pm

Attending over a year not only gives space for the training to sink in and for people to come back with questions but also allows us to build a long-term nature connection experience through different seasons.

Additional non-practical sessions/coursework support will be conducted over Zoom, in the evenings at times agreed by the group.
